Refund Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Cork's paid plans are billed once a year through Polar, our merchant of record. Here is exactly how changes, cancellations, and refunds work — no fine print beyond this page.

Canceling

You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the year you already paid for, then simply doesn't renew. We don't issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing year.

Downgrading

Downgrades work the same way: the change takes effect at your next renewal date, and you keep your current plan's limits until then. If your usage exceeds the smaller plan's limits when it kicks in, nothing is deleted — Cork will ask you to archive boards or remove images before you can add new ones.

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately so you get the higher limits right away, with the price difference prorated for the remainder of your billing year.

Something went wrong?

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or hit a bug that kept you from using what you paid for, email joshcatone@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right — that may include a full refund. Statutory refund rights in your country (for example in the EU and UK) are unaffected by anything on this page.
