    Duplicate a board

Every board now has a Duplicate button on your boards page and in the board's header menu. The copy gets the same columns, cards, colors, and saved palette, named "Copy of" the original, so you can branch a draft or reuse a structure you've already built.

Copies count toward your board limit like any other board, and a copy never shares the original's public link.

    A trash for deleted cards

Deleting a card no longer destroys it. The card moves to a Trash, linked from your boards page, where it waits for 30 days. Restore it with one click, or delete it for good by typing DELETE to confirm.

    Folders for your boards

You can now group boards into folders on your boards page. Make a folder with New folder, then move boards in with the Move button on a board card, or drag a board onto the folder.

Archiving a folder archives the boards inside it; restoring it brings them back. Deleting a folder only removes the folder itself: its boards go back to the main list, and nothing is deleted.

Cork tells you when a save doesn't go through

If your connection drops while you're writing, Cork now retries quietly in the background. If a save still fails, a banner appears at the bottom of the screen so you know right away, and it clears itself as soon as the next save goes through.

    Custom card colors

The color row on every card now has a ninth dot, a color wheel. Click it to pick any color you like, or type an exact hex or RGB value.

Colors you use are saved to the board's own palette, up to 16 of them, so the rest of that board's cards can reuse them with a click. Each board keeps its own set. Pick something dark and the card's text switches to white on its own, so it stays easy to read.

    See which boards are shared

Boards with an active share link now show a small Shared badge on your boards page, so you can tell at a glance which ones anyone with the link can see.

Drop an image anywhere on a card to upload

An open card is now one big drop target for image files. Drag a picture over it and the card highlights. Drop it on your text to place the image right there, or anywhere else on the card to add it at the end.

    Install Cork as an app

You can now install Cork on your computer, phone, or tablet. Installed, it opens in its own window with its own icon, with no tabs or address bar between you and your corkboard. Signing in happens right inside the app window.

Visit the install guide to learn how to download Cork on each browser or device.

    Rearrange kanban columns

In kanban view, you can now drag a column by its header to move it left or right. A line shows where it will land, and every card inside travels with it. Handy when entire chapters or sections swap places.

Quote and code buttons in the editor

The card editor toolbar has two new buttons: one for block quotes and one for inline code. Every formatting option in the markdown guide now has a button, if you'd rather click than type.
